This is the required 'live' seminar for those pursuing certification as a CDP and who qualify for CDP. The seminar may be attended for educational purposes if certification is not desired. Attendees will receive course material electronically. CDP application will be provided to you after registration. You will have 30 days to submit your application to NCCDP for consideration for CDP certification if you qualify. Application fee for certification is not included in cost of seminar. Registration begins at 8:30 am.

Cost of seminar is Non Refundable after 48 hours of registration. A $50 cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours of registration. After 48 hours the seminar fees are non refundable.

Note: The following occupations are not eligible to apply to the NCCDP for certification, unless they are called Universal Workers, but they should attend the Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia Care training: These include; Housekeepers, Dietary Aides, Receptionist, Maintenance workers, Bus Drivers, Business Office staff, Security Guards, Schedulers, Administrative Assistants, HR Staff, Business Office Staff.

Student Policy:
All enrollment fees are non-refundable or transferable. Tuition is refundable if withdrawal is within 24hours of enrollment and prior to course start date. Bookstore items are refundable only if items have not been distributed. Once distributed items are non-refundable.

Student Status initiates upon successfull online enrollment or completion of a financial authorization. 

Corporate Policy: 
Corporate partnering sites/employers should use their promocodes for enrollments. Credits are deducted for each enrollment from your promocode. Corporate invoices are non-refundable. As applicable, credits will be reissued to promocode for prospective usage. Contact your Prestige Liaison for assistance.
